Bowcot presented the most ingenious HVAC engineers with challenges for cooling without disrupting what Flagg intended as a harmonious living space. Pictured here we have a standalone High Efficiency Mitsubishi unit suspended in the 1st floor attic between the Master bedroom and the Den, cooling and providing supplemental heat without the need to fire the steam boiler.
